Important notes

  • The wireless microphone receiver requires a mains power socket for operation
  • The JBL Partybox 310 has a built-in battery but we recommend plugging it in to avoid interruptions during long events
  • Karafun’s QR queue works best with a stable Wi‑Fi connection; the system includes an offline mode but QR queuing is unavailable offline
  • Access to Amazon Music, Spotify or YouTube Music is possible but requires your own subscriptions and logins — these services are not included
  • Please confirm venue permission, suitable indoor/outdoor placement and any noise restrictions before booking

We are based in Fleet, Hampshire, and deliver to the surrounding areas. These include:
Aldershot, Alton, Ascot, Bagshot, Basingstoke, Bentley, Blackwater, Bramley, Bracknell, Camberley, Crowthorne, Crondall, Dogmersfield, Eversley, Farnborough, Farnham, Finchampstead, Frimley, Godalming, Guildford, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Lightwater, Lower Froyle, Liphook, Odiham, Reading, Sandhurst, Shinfield, Tadley, Thatcham, Windlesham, Winnersh, Woking, Wokingham, and Yateley.

This is not a definitive list of locations we deliver to, so if your area is not mentioned, we always recommend getting in touch to check if delivery is possible. Delivery and collection are charged at £10 for the first 15 miles and £2 per additional mile.

Please note that between May and September, any order over 30 miles will require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for delivery.
Note: Due to the expansion of the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), any event located within the ULEZ will incur an additional £24 charge.
