Where Are We?
We are based in Fleet, Hampshire, and deliver to the surrounding areas. These include:
Aldershot, Alton, Ascot, Bagshot, Basingstoke, Bentley, Blackwater, Bramley, Bracknell, Camberley, Crowthorne, Crondall, Dogmersfield, Eversley, Farnborough, Farnham, Finchampstead, Frimley, Godalming, Guildford, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Lightwater, Lower Froyle, Liphook, Odiham, Reading, Sandhurst, Shinfield, Tadley, Thatcham, Windlesham, Winnersh, Woking, Wokingham, and Yateley.
This is not a definitive list of locations we deliver to, so if your area is not mentioned, we always recommend getting in touch to check if delivery is possible.
Delivery and collection are charged at £10 for the first 15 miles and £2 per additional mile.
Please note that between May and September, any order over 30 miles will require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for delivery.
Our delivery cost includes delivery, setup and collection between the hours of 08:00-18:00. This price is the same no matter whether 1 item or 10 items are hired from us. We also do not change our prices for weddings, meaning our pricing is the same across the board.

We will include a full break down of pricing with any quote we send out to you. However, if you would like a rough idea of pricing for delivery then please feel free to have a look at the table below, displaying a list of some popular venues. This is not a definitive list of venues and areas we cover but hopefully will give you an idea of the delivery, setup and collection cost.
If you cannot find your venue and would like to find a price, you can use the following formula to work out a rough price. This formula is for venues that are more than 15 miles from Fleet, Hampshire:
(Distance from Fleet, Hampshire to venue – 15) x 2 + 10 =Â Rough delivery, setup and collection cost.
If you venue is within 15 miles of Fleet, Hampshire, then the delivery, setup and collection cost is £10. This formula equates to the first 15 miles being £10 and then any additional mile is £2.
