Who Are We & What We Do

Here at Timeless Celebrations we offer and provide party hire for all celebrations.

It all started from always being the host. From parties, get togethers and special occasions. They were always held and planned by us, and as the years went by, they became more elaborate. Then we decided to build a prosecco wall for one event and the idea to hire out became apparent.

We’ve loved meeting everyone over the last year, whether it be over the phone, email, delivery and collection or at the PMN wedding fayres we have attended.

We are a small family run business and try and provide the best customer service we can at an affordable price. At Timeless Celebrations, we make and source unique items after doing research to try and find the newest trends. Add in some classics and traditional items, to hopefully make an easier one stop experience.

Our inboxes are also open to suggestions, so if you are looking for something particular and are unable to locate it elsewhere, send us a message and we will see what we can do.

At Timeless Celebrations, we try and offer a wide selection of event props and hire items, but unfortunately we cannot offer everything you need. This is why we have started curating a list of other suppliers we have worked with or experienced their fantastic work and want to make sure our customers can get everything they need from trusted local suppliers.

Some common questions we often receive

Do you deliver and how much is delivery?

Yes, we offer delivery services, particularly for items requiring setup. Delivery is £10 within a 15-mile radius of our Fleet, Hampshire base. Beyond this, a fee of £2 per mile applies. Any order over 30 miles away does require a minimum spend of £200 to apply for our delivery service.

Please note, additional charges may apply for deliveries within the ULEZ and congestion zone areas.

Do you setup when delivering?

When delivering, we ensure that all hired items are set up in your preferred location. We kindly request a contact person on the day to guide us on the placement of each item.

Do you offer any packages or discounts for multiple item orders?

We believe that every event is unique and special, and we want you to have complete control over the hire items that bring your vision to life!

That’s why we don’t offer packages – instead, we let you curate the perfect selection of items for your occasion.

If you’re looking to make a bigger impact with a larger order, we’d be happy to discuss custom discounts and tailored options just for you. Simply get in touch with us and share your specific requirements, and we’ll work together to create a quote that suits your needs.

Can the items be kept outside

Some of our items can be kept outside with some having to be kept inside or fully under cover. Our sweet cart has to be inside or kept under cover as well as our white drape backdrops. These catch the wind very easily. Some items are powered by a battery bank, and these battery banks must be taken inside if it starts raining during the hire.

Delivery and Collection

Based in Fleet, Hampshire, we offer convenient delivery and collection services for just £10 within a 15-mile radius for bookings over £40. For distances beyond 15 miles, an additional charge of £2 per mile applies. Please note that for deliveries beyond 30 miles, a minimum spend of £200 is required, with the same delivery charges applying.

Note: Due to the expansion of the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), any event located within the ULEZ will incur an additional £24 charge.
