Description
Luxury Wedding Welcome Sign & Seating Plan Display
Overview
Make a real statement at your wedding with this fully customisable luxury welcome sign and seating plan display. Consisting of three combined panels — a striking black middle panel with gold accents, flanked by two white side panels holding clear acrylic panels — this wall is designed to be a true centrepiece at the entrance to your celebration.
The middle panel is currently styled with the couple’s initials in large letter format, with an order of events beneath, including timeline, text and icons. The two side panels work beautifully as your seating plan, finished in black vinyl for easy legibility. However, this is your wall, your way — full customisation is available across all text, icons, colours, fonts, layouts and styles.

Seating Plan Layout
Our standard layout shows 12 tables (six per side panel) with 10 guest names per table — a comfortable size for easy reading. If you have more tables or guests, we can adjust the layout, though text will become smaller and harder to read. If you have fewer guests, we can enlarge the table names and guest names for even greater impact.
Specifications
- Total width: just under 2.4 metres
- Centre panel height: 2 metres
- Side panel height: 1.8 metres
- Space required behind the wall: approximately 50–60cm for the feet and weights
- Setup time on site: approximately 30–40 minutes
- Standard hire period: 1 day — delivered the morning of your event and collected the following morning
- Additional days available at half the daily rate
Important Notes
- We ask for your final seating plan no less than 2 months before your wedding date. We understand you will need to wait for RSVPs, so please send it over as soon as you can.
- Rush or fast-track jobs may be possible within 2 months of your wedding date, however an additional charge may apply. Each wall takes considerable time to design, cut, weed and apply, and we need room to correct any issues along the way.
- While the top down lights are battery powered with no mains required, we recommend keeping them switched off until your guests arrive to make the most of the battery life on the day.
- Due to its impressive size, this wall acts like a sail in even light winds, so it is for indoor use only and is not suitable for outdoor events.
Event Setup
During the booking process, we will gather information about your design wishes to make sure everything you have in mind is achievable. Once your booking is confirmed, we will be in contact to send you design mockups, so you can see exactly how your wall will look before we cut a single piece of vinyl.
We deliver, set up, and collect. This is an additional charge — more information can be found in our delivery policy.
