This package is designed specifically for outdoor and marquee weddings. It combines a stylish welcome drink feature and illuminated service points with a selection of popular outdoor games to keep guests entertained throughout your celebration. Ideal for couples planning garden receptions, marquee events or any outdoor gathering where atmosphere and guest interaction are key.

Important notes

  • Prosecco or champagne is not provided — you will need to supply your own drinks for the Prosecco Wall and bar areas
  • Venue permission is required for placement of all items — please confirm with your venue before booking
  • Corkage may apply if you supply your own drinks — please consult your venue about their corkage policy
  • Outdoor suitability: items are suitable for outdoor or marquee use but should be sited on flat, stable ground and protected from heavy rain where possible
  • Battery safety: battery banks and packs that power LED items must be removed and stored indoors if rain occurs or is forecast
  • Wind & weather: large games and temporary structures can be affected by strong winds — ensure secure positioning and consult us if conditions are uncertain

  • Position the Prosecco Wall and LED Bar where staff can safely replenish drinks and monitor guest use
  • Allow clear space around garden games for safe play — place on level ground away from heavy foot traffic

Please note that between May and September, any order over 30 miles will require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for delivery.
Note: Due to the expansion of the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), any event located within the ULEZ will incur an additional £24 charge.
