- Glass Slot: The slot measures 1.5–2mm wide at a slight angle, allowing easy attachment to glass stems (please note that glass sizes vary, and we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every glass).

How to Order
To place your order:
- Choose Your Card Colour: Select your desired colour from the available options.
- Indicate Quantity: Specify the number of drink tags you would like to order.
- Complete Personalisation: After completing payment, you will receive a form where you can provide a full list of guest names including first and last names (if wanted) along with their table numbers, separated by commas. For example: Emma Smith Table 1, Jack Brown Table 2, Oliver Jones Table 1.
Production & Shipping
- Production Turnaround: Expect a production time of 3–5 business days.
- Shipping: Orders are delivered using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service within the UK. A cost of £3.55 will be added for delivery.
- If you are also hiring items from our range, your personalised tags will be delivered by hand at the same time as the other items, and the Royal Mail delivery charge will not apply.
- If you’d like your tags shipped earlier, you can opt for expedited delivery for an additional fee.

- Name Requirements: Please provide both first and last names in the personalization box. Double-check spelling and table numbers before submitting.
- Glass Fit: Slot dimensions are 1.5–2mm; due to glass variability, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for all glasses.
- Order Quantity: We produce only the number of tags ordered, so please select the correct quantity.
- Returns Policy: Personalised items are non-returnable. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
