How to Order

To place your order, simply choose your desired card colour and pack size. You can add the quantity to your basket and then fill out the necessary details regarding personalization. After your order is complete, we will send you an email with the payment link and invoice for the place cards, which will include a delivery charge of £3.55 for 48 tracked delivery via Royal Mail.

If you are also hiring items from us, the delivery charge will be calculated differently, as it will cover the delivery, setup, and collection of the hired items at your event. We’ll ensure your place cards are hand-delivered alongside your hired items.

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a form to fill out, where you can provide:

• Couple’s initials (e.g., A & J)
• Wedding date (DD.MM.YYYY)
• Full list of guest names (please separate names with commas)

Card Colours, Materials & Ink

All cardstock is FSC® certified and available in the following options:

• Natural Fizz (embossed) 250gsm — black pen
• Black Matte 290gsm — gold pen
• Moss Green 250gsm — white pen
• Blush Pink 290gsm — black pen
• Dusty Blue 250gsm — white pen

We select the best pen colour for contrast and legibility, ensuring clarity for your guests.

Important Information

Make sure to select the correct quantity, as we will produce only the number of cards ordered. Designed and produced by Bespoke Celebrations, part of Timeless Celebrations, we also offer a variety of other wedding and event items for hire.
