What is a Shot Wall?
A Shot Wall is a freestanding panel with multiple shelves that hold individual mini bottles, shot bottles or shot glasses for guests to take on arrival. Use it as a wedding favour station, a welcome drink point or integrate personalised tags/labels to turn the display into a seating plan.

What’s included

Optional configurations
- Hire the wall on its own (no glasses or bottles)
- Hire with shot glasses (we can supply; confirm availability)
- Hire with shot bottles — bottles can be supplied with custom labels or heart tags
- Seating plan tags or personalised labels available: seating plan tags £1 each (name + table), seating plan labels £1 each (name + table printed on the label), standard identical label 70p each
- If you order bottles and labels from us we will attach labels, then post bottles to your home for filling; tags ordered with bottles will be included but not pre‑attached
Signage & lighting
- Clear acrylic sign with black vinyl is included as standard; bespoke sign designs can be ordered at an additional cost
- Under‑shelf LEDs: multiple static and dynamic modes, plus sound‑reactive/music mode for a lively display
- Mains power is required to run the LED lighting
- If your venue cannot provide a socket we can supply a portable power station at an additional charge — please request at booking
Specifications & practicalities
- Freestanding unit — best sited on flat, stable ground
- White surface with a slight sheen
- 6 shelves with illuminated undershelf lighting (Shelves 80cm wide, 9cm deep, 20cm between each shelf)
- Capacity depends on bottle or glass size and chosen layout; please discuss your bottle dimensions with us to confirm fit
- Suitable for indoor use; outdoor use permitted provided no rain or high winds are forecast — hires may be cancelled if poor weather or high winds are expected
Important notes
- No drinks or liquids are supplied with the wall — you must supply the contents (check corkage and alcohol policies with your venue)
- Confirm venue permission for the Shot Wall, any alcohol service requirements and power availability before booking
