We deliver, set up, and collect. This is an additional charge — more information can be found in our delivery policy. Please confirm preferred placement in advance so we can plan positioning and access.

Important notes

  • This is a dry hire; Bar tenders and drinks are not supplied with the bar
  • Venue permission is required for placement — please confirm with your venue before booking
  • Corkage may apply if you supply your own drinks — please consult your venue before booking
  • The LED bar can be placed indoors or outside; however we prefer it to be positioned indoors or under cover if rain is forecast
  • Ensure any battery bank or lighting power packs are kept dry and stored in a safe location as advised at setup

We are based in Fleet, Hampshire, and deliver to the surrounding areas. These include:

Please note that between May and September, any order over 30 miles will require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for delivery.
Note: Due to the expansion of the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), any event located within the ULEZ will incur an additional £24 charge.
