Important notes

  • Venue permission is required for placement — please confirm with your venue before booking
  • Gazebos should be sited on a flat, stable surface and positioned clear of overhead obstructions
  • We tie and weigh down each gazebo during installation, but the frame is rated to a maximum wind speed of 30 mph
  • If high winds are forecast close to the 30 mph threshold we cannot safely erect the gazebo and the hire may be cancelled for safety reasons
  • Confirm access and any site-specific fixing or anchoring requirements with your venue prior to booking
  • For complex or long-run installations, additional anchoring, fixings or mains power arrangements may be required — we will advise during booking

  • Use alongside our mobile bars, Large White LED Bar or Gold & White Mobile Bar to create covered drinks stations
  • Pair with table walls (Prosecco, Doughnut, Shot) and trestle tables for sheltered buffet setups

We are based in Fleet, Hampshire, and deliver to the surrounding areas. These include:

Please note that between May and September, any order over 30 miles will require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for delivery.
Note: Due to the expansion of the ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone), any event located within the ULEZ will incur an additional £24 charge.
